These short guided meditations will help you prepare for your session in the best way possible. Please listen to them as many times as you can prior to the session, allowing your body and mind to relax, release stress and feel beautiful calmness washing over you.

For best experience, please find a quiet place where there is no interruption. Turn your phone off, wear comfortable clothing, sit or lie comfortably and enjoy!
