Payment, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Our goal at Olive Tree Healing Hypnosis is to provide the highest quality of service. When an appointment is booked, that day is dedicated mostly to that client. As such, we have implemented this policy to protect both your and our time. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required when you book your QHHT, BQH, and PLR session. The remaining balance will be charged to your card 7 days prior to your session. Full payment is required in advance for all other services.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens sometimes! If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we understand.
We require that you let us know 7 days in advance for rescheduling; and 21 days in advance to cancel your session. Cancellations and rescheduling will be subject to the following fee(s):
Rescheduling:
You may request (via email) to reschedule your appointment 7-days prior to your session. There is no rescheduling fee and your deposit will apply to your new scheduled session. You can reschedule your appointment to a maximum of two times. If you fail to show up, the entire session fee will not be refunded.
Please note: If a request is made 6 days or less prior to the appointment, the full session fee will be charged.
Cancellation:
Cancellations requests must be made (via email).
If you cancel 21-days prior to your session, the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. However, if you cancel your appointment within 21-days, then the deposit is not refundable.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling in advance as per the guidelines in this policy, then the entire session fee is not refundable.
We also ask that you arrive on time. If something is causing you to be late, please notify us via email or text so we are aware. Otherwise, we will wait for 30 minutes past the appointment, and if you do not arrive, it will be considered a no-show.
